How we handle service delivery and coordination

Banaras Ganga Aarti provides spiritual and ceremonial booking services. Our offerings do not involve the sale or shipment of any physical goods. This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how digital confirmations, coordination, and service execution are managed once a booking is made through https://bookbanarasgangaaarti.com.

1. No Physical Shipping

  • Service Nature: All our products are experiential services—such as Ganga Aarti arrangements, puja ceremonies, and spiritual event coordination—and not tangible goods.
  • Digital Confirmation: After a successful booking, a confirmation email and/or SMS is automatically sent containing your booking ID, date, time, and package details. This confirmation serves as your delivery receipt.
  • No Shipping Charges: As no items are shipped, there are no logistics or courier charges involved.

2. Service Delivery

  • On-Site Performance: Services are rendered at the booked location (e.g., Kedar Ghat, Varanasi, or another approved site) on the selected date/time.
  • Timelines: Our team coordinates in advance and ensures arrival/setup prior to the scheduled ceremony, subject to local conditions.
  • Customer Coordination: Customers must provide correct contact and venue details to ensure timely service delivery. Delays caused by incorrect information or late venue access are not eligible for refund.

3. Force Majeure & Delays

  • Unforeseen circumstances—such as extreme weather, natural calamities, government restrictions, or law-and-order situations—may impact our ability to deliver services on time.
  • In such cases, we will first attempt to reschedule your booking to the next feasible slot. If that is not possible, we will issue a full refund of the Total Received (no token deduction).
  • If our team has already Dispatched or Arrived at the destination and local issues prevent execution (e.g., venue closure or client-side permit denial), no refund will apply.

4. Communication Channels

We use digital communication for all booking-related updates:

  • Email Confirmation: Sent from bg.aarti.events@gmail.com.
  • SMS Alerts: Sent to the registered mobile number containing schedule or coordination details.
  • Support Hours: 09:00 AM – 08:00 PM IST, Monday to Sunday.

5. Address & Venue Responsibilities

  • It is your responsibility to ensure accurate venue and timing details at the time of booking.
  • If access to the venue is restricted, or permissions (e.g., sound, lighting, police NOC) are not obtained by the customer, the event may be delayed or cancelled without refund.
